The service is provided for evaluation, may change or be withdrawn and is not a regulated production exchange service.

Permitted use

Use the service lawfully, protect credentials and submit only data you are authorized to process.

• Do not probe, disrupt or bypass access controls.
• Do not rely on beta output for statutory filing or delivery.
• Do not upload production secrets or regulated data without written approval.

No accreditation or compliance warranty

SolaBill does not represent that beta use satisfies UAE eInvoicing, tax, accounting or retention obligations. Customers remain responsible for legal and professional advice.

Availability and liability

No production SLA applies. To the extent permitted by law, beta access is supplied without warranties and liability is limited by the applicable signed agreement.

Priority of signed agreements

A signed pilot, subscription, data-processing or provider agreement overrides these public terms where it expressly conflicts.

Contracting details

These public terms do not create a paid or production engagement. Before onboarding, a signed agreement must identify the contracting legal entity, registered address and registration or licence number, fees, governing law, dispute forum, data roles and the approved service scope. Qualified UAE counsel must review those terms.
