No production invoices or regulated customer data.
No SLA, accreditation or delivery commitment.
Written feedback and named test contacts required.

Controlled pilot

Available only after a signed pilot agreement, data assessment, approved country test plan and eligible company-scoped route.

Defined tenants, users, country, document limits and test scenarios.
No automatic production submission.
Daily reconciliation and documented exit or rollback criteria.

Commercial terms

Commercial proposals are scope-specific. Pricing, volumes, support, service levels and regulated-provider charges are not committed until they appear in a signed agreement.
