Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, operate and secure the beta, evaluate pilots, keep audit evidence and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing and international processing

Data may be processed by hosting, email, security, backup and contracted service providers, including Orchida when an approved integration is enabled. Locations and safeguards must be documented before production onboarding.

Retention and rights

We retain data only for documented operational, contractual and legal purposes. Requests for access, correction or deletion may be sent through the contact page and remain subject to applicable retention duties.

Important beta limitation

Do not submit production invoices, secrets or regulated customer datasets unless a signed agreement and approved data-processing schedule explicitly allow it.
