No production invoices or regulated customer data.
No SLA, accreditation or delivery commitment.
Written feedback and named test contacts required.

Controlled pilot

Available only after a signed pilot agreement, data assessment, approved test plan and eligible Orchida sandbox connection.

Defined tenants, users, document limits and test scenarios.
No automatic production submission.
Daily reconciliation and documented exit or rollback criteria.

Commercial terms

Pricing, volumes, support and service levels are agreed individually. Public package prices are not binding offers and regulated provider charges are not included until contracted.
